Victory Martial Arts has been a cornerstone of the Elkridge community for over 15 years. Founded by Grand Master Kurt Shryock, our school teaches Olympic-style Taekwondo to students of all ages — from young children to adults — in a safe, no-contact facility where everyone is welcome.
We believe martial arts is more than just physical training. Our programs build discipline, confidence, respect, and perseverance that carry over into every aspect of life. Grand Master Kurt Shryock
Grand Master & Owner
Master Kurt Shryock, born in 1969 in Baltimore Maryland, grew up in a neighborhood surrounded by crime and inner city challenges. At age eleven, his parents enrolled him in a local Tae Kwon Do school to address these issues and replace violence with a positive center — teaching discipline, respect, and self control.
